Shipping

Free shipping is available for all orders delivered within the Sutherland Shire. We charge a flat rate of $10 for Australia-wide shipping (all postcodes outside of the Sutherland Shire).

Sutherland Shire Orders

Mounted prints will be delivered within 1 to 2 business days. Made to order sizes should be received in approximately 7 business days. If you need your print by a specific date, please get in touch at info@shirescout.com.au and we will do our best to work within your timeframe.

Sydney and Australia-wide Orders

All Sydney (exc. Sutherland Shire) and Australia-wide orders are shipped via Australia Post.

Returns

Prints

We will offer an exchange if you have changed your mind on any mounted print, provided that the product is:

• Returned within 2 weeks of date of purchase

• Not opened or damaged, and in a re-saleable condition

• Still in its original packaging

All unframed prints are made to order so therefore, no exchanges or returns are available.
