A fresh idea came to life when two Sutherland Shire-based businesses came together to collaborate and combine their services. The new partnership between Jensens and Shire Connect Limousines is proving the community is stronger together, even while social distancing!

Jensens Restaurant and Shire Connect Limousines have teamed up, to bring delicious meals to your home!

It's safe to say that this pandemic has meant uncertain times for many. However, it has been amazing to watch local businesses adapt and alter their services so quickly. From food, coffee and cocktail delivery to live-stream fitness classes and online wellness - our local community has stepped up as one and motivated each other to think outside the box. 

Jensens Restaurant found an ingenious way to work with and support other local businesses during this pandemic.

The Jensens and Shire Connect Limousines collaboration launched on Wednesday the 15th of April. The team at Jensens thought long and hard about how they could work with other local struggling businesses during this time, “we wanted our casual staff to deliver our food but we are not insured to do so!” Brooke Jensen said. 

Brooke then contacted Shire Connect Limousines to find that they were completely out of work, with a team of 8 retired gentlemen as drivers. The unlikely duo decided to collaborate and work together, to deliver gourmet food in luxury vehicles. Going the extra mile, the drivers also deliver your food in suits to create the ultimate ISO experience. The $10 delivery fee goes directly to the Shire Limousine drivers. 

Every precaution is taken to ensure the cleanliness and safety of Jensens customers.

Thanks to Shire Limousines, you can now experience Jensens at Home without having to leave the house! From quality steaks, fresh seafood and casual pizzas, the Jensens At Home menu has something for everyone. We are looking forward to the reopening of both Jensens in-house dining and their sister restaurant Summer Salt based in Cronulla!
