Nothing says summer like a daybed by the beach and now, thanks to 4 Pines and their brand new brew, Northies is offering just that. Sporting a whole new look, their terrace has been transformed into a laid back, beachside haven complete with cosy, coastal daybeds for all-day lounging.
The terrace is bright and airy featuring white and blue decor: very poolside-esque. With splashes of yellow reminiscent of sun rays, it epitomises that summer feeling. To top it off, there’s sweeping views of North Cronulla beach, great music, festive cocktails and a vibe that's as chilled as the rosé, or in this case, 4 Pines new brew ‘Freshy, Extra Refreshing Ale’.
The terrace has four private areas available to book for you and your crew, with no charge or minimum spend.

Each booking extends for three hours so you’ve got plenty of time to sip at your leisure. If you’re celebrating an occasion, talk to the Northies events team and create a customised package that will make your day extra special.
During the silly season, the entertainment is ramped and bookings are the only way to guarantee yourself a prime spot. Whether you want to lock in an afternoon session or kick into the night, these daybeds are available for bookings any time from 12:00pm.
Here are the key events you’ll want to keep an eye out for.
New Years Day ft. Touch Sensitive
Introducing the biggest event of the season: Northies New Years Day party with Australian vibe-maker, Touch Sensitive. There are two seatings at this event, the first at 4:00pm and second at 8:30pm. General admission is $30pp and includes a beverage on arrival. A VIP daybed package is $80pp which includes event entry, exclusive hire of the area plus all extras found in their standard daybed package. If you want to start 2021 with a bang, this is certainly the way to do it.
Sunday sessions are back at Northies and they're bigger and better than ever. A Sunday Session is a great way to soak in the last few glorious rays before another working week. Entry is free but why not pre-book an indulging daybed package to skip the queue and enjoy a private experience with your best mates.
Live music from 4:00pm to 7:00pm sets the scene and happy hour from 6:00pm to 8:00pm is just the icing on the cake. We’re not just talking wine and beer. Northies offer $5 vodkas and $7.50 cocktails.
Christmas Eve is always one hell of a celebration at Northies. The summer terrace is the perfect spot to chill under the sun before the party kicks into gear with happy hour from 6:00pm to 8:00pm and live music from 9:00pm. Avoid the ever-long Christmas Eve queue and enjoy a VIP experience with a daybed package. Daybed packages at this event are $60pp.
Activate recovery mode! Cure your Christmas hangover and visit Northies to do it all over again. Drop in for a beachside bite and enjoy live music from 6:00pm to 9:00pm and happy hour from 6:00 to 8:00pm. Daybed packages on Boxing day are $60pp.
Say bye-bye to 2020 and ring in 2021 Northies style. There will be food, flowing beverages and quality entertainment. First, grab yourself a cheap feed with 2 for 1 eats from 5pm. Enjoy your meal to the sound of chill acoustics from local artist, James Taylor. The party will then kick into first gear with music continuing well into the night. For the ultimate New Years Eve experience, score a daybed by the sea late afternoon, then pop a bottle in Old Joe’s to get into that NYE spirit for the big countdown.
