Established in 2020, Rossco’s Run Club combines the motivational powers of a morning run, swim and, of course, coffee.

StravaSharkS

Free and inclusive, StravaSharks is a great option for those looking to join for both social and fitness reasons. Their pace is set at 6km, meaning members can keep up a convo while they get moving.

When: Fridays at 5:55am for a 6:00am departure

We’re sure you’ve heard of Caringbah-based gym The Yard, but did you know that they also host their very own run club?

Where: 30 Gerrale St, Cronulla 
When: Thursdays at 5:30am
Cost: All are welcome! This is a free community session they host every Thursday aimed at giving back
Extras: Runs go for about 30 minutes and are followed by a swim and a coffee

 
Squad Health and Fitness

Squad Health and Fitness

Squad Health and Fitness’ unique spin on a run club is called VOLUME. They prep and plan their route and distance in advance and proudly offer walk, jog and run options. The runs take you all over Cronulla, depending on what the training block entails. 

Where: Gunnamatta, look for their Squad equipment trailer
When: 5:00am and 6:00am Wednesdays and 9:30am Fridays  
Cost: Unlimited classes for $50 per week

McInnes Movement

With three tiers of programs built around frequency, McInnes Movement is a great - and affordable - solution for runners of all abilities who are looking to progress.

When: Wednesday at 5:00am (speed work and intervals), Fridays at 5:00am (beginners), Sundays at 5:30/6:00am (endurance)

Gracie’s all-female run club is fresh to the Shire, but has already built a supportive community of like-minded girls and women. Each session ends with a swim, a coffee and a chance to catch up with your fellow runners.

BSMNT Run Club

BSMNT Run Club, open to everyone, nurtures a genuine passion for running in a supportive, non-judgmental environment. Whether you're a seasoned runner or a beginner, BSMNT offers guidance to help everyone simply enjoy running. 

Where: Wednesdays at Basement HQ and every fortnight there is a Saturday away run in a rotating location

Botany Bay Hash House Harriers

The Botany Bay Hash House Harriers is a non-competitive, fun running group of approximately 50 members who meet every Monday at 6:30pm at different locations within 15 kilometers of Botany Bay, Sydney South, for a 7-kilometer run followed by a social circle and dinner at an inexpensive pub, restaurant, or BBQ spot.

Where: Various locations within 15km of Botany Bay
When: Mondays at 6:30pm
