Constructed from scratch with a luxe holiday home aesthetic in mind, this Greenhills Beach House is undoubtedly a forever home. Lush landscaping, a focus on natural light and open plan design have the “oasis” vibes down pat. Interior Design by Studio Albus.
Modern Coastal Gymea Bay Home
With the timelessness of modern coastal design continuing to dominate, this project is proof that a classic palette and thoughtful design elements can transform any existing dwelling. Shire Building Design worked with this family to ensure their renovated home reflected their desired aesthetic and lifestyle (with an open-plan kitchen and alfresco dining areas) whilst additions would keep them comfy for years to come. Steeply-sloped, this was a difficult site, but Shire Building Design worked the levels to achieve a seamless experience from street to rear.

Contemporary Gymea Bay Duplex
Based on a former single home site, this modern duplex was constructed with an eye to maximising value and allowing for extended family to be housed comfortably. Unique details like raw brick feature walls, timber doors and floorboards lend a current yet earthy aesthetic.
