Day or night, the fun doesn’t stop at Sylvania Waters Tennis Centre. There’s always something new and happening, from court hire to camps, open days and competitions. To help you take advantage of all they have to offer, we’ve compiled the ultimate SWTC schedule for this summer! Share this with your friends and family for some fun in the sun!
Court Hire
If you want to run your own race, you can hire a court for $20 per hour during the day and $22 at night. Be it a family match, social game, double date, or after-work get together, there’s nothing like a bit of friendly competition to get the heart racing! No equipment? Neither! Racquets and balls are available to rent at the pro store.
Camps
Junior Tennis Camp 1
When? Wednesday 19th, Thursday 20th and Friday 21st January
Time? 1:00pm till 4:00pm
Cost? $120 for all 3 days or $50 per day
Adult Tennis Camp
When? Wednesday 19th, Thursday 20th and Friday 21st January
Time? 6:30pm till 8:30pm
Cost? $120 for all 3 days or $50 per day
Junior Tennis Camp 2
When? Monday 24th, Tuesday 25th and Thursday 27th January
Time? 1:00pm till 4:00pm
Cost? $120 for all 3 days or $50 per day
Junior Advanced Camp
When? Monday 24th, Tuesday 25th and Thursday 27th January
Time? 4:30pm till 7:30pm
Cost? $120 for all 3 days or $50 per day
Free Junior Open Day
SWTC is holding a free Junior Open day for players to come and see what SWTC is all about! This is an awesome way for players new to tennis, to give it a go in a comfortable and welcoming environment. It’s also great for players that have played before but are keen to see what makes SWTC different from the rest. Plus, if you can’t decide which lesson would be suitable based on your experience, coaches will be on hand to assess your skill level and advise accordingly.
When? Thursday, 20th January
Time? 4:30pm till 5:30pm
Cost? FREE!
BWR - Adult Singles Competition
SWTC’s adult singles competition called BWR is starting up again this February! Their team are running two hitting and grading days.
Hitting and Grading Day One: Sunday, 23rd January from 4:00pm till 6:00pm
Hitting and Grading Day Two: Thursday, 27th January from 7:00pm till 9:30pm
BWR officially starts on the 2nd February and runs for 13 weeks.
Locally owned by husband and wife duo Ryan and Monique, SWTC has some of the most experienced coaches in southern Sydney. With eight coaches, collectively their playing and coaching experience includes the Women’s Tennis Association, high-level International Tennis Federation, and the ATP Circuit (Association of Tennis Professionals). Let’s just say, you and your racquet will be in safe hands!
