Truffle Season At Salt Meats Cheese Cronulla
Salt Meats Cheese Cronulla is going big for truffle season, with a limited-time menu available every day in July. Expect cheese pulls, tableside truffle theatrics and indulgent dishes like Truffle Lasagna, Mushroom Arancini and the cult-favourite Tartufo Pizza with hot honey and shaved truffle. The Truffle Basque Cheesecake is also back. Plus, their one-day-only Truffle Pasta Cooking Class returns on Sunday, the 27th of July.
Sutherland To Surf Afterparty At Bobby’s
If you’re running the Sutherland to Surf, the team at Bobby’s have teamed up with RCVRI to have your post-race plans covered. Head to Bobby’s between 9:00am to 11:00am on Sunday the 20th of July to rehydrate, refuel and recover with live tunes by DJ Nicholas Zarb. Bookings essential.
Cosy Winter Dining At Next Door
Winter weekends just got a serious glow-up. Every Friday and Saturday night, Next Door is serving up a dinner special that’s both luxe and low-key — one small plate and one main for $50pp. It’s the perfect way to warm up your weekend plans, with beachfront views and a menu made for winter dining.
Enjoy A Winter Dining Event at The Pines
The Pines is bringing the goods this July with two seasonal events worth booking early.
First up, their much-loved Christmas in July lunch is back on Sunday the 6th. Expect nostalgic festive favourites with a modern twist, from shared starters and all the trimmings (yes, pigs in blankets) to a dessert duo you’ll want to save room for. The ugly sweater competition is also making a return, with prizes for both best and worst dressed. Tickets are $105pp and BYO is welcome.
Then on Friday the 25th of July, The Pines is teaming up with Southern Highlands winery Artemis for a five-course Wine Dinner. The set menu includes dishes like King Prawn Bruschetta, Mushroom Risotto, and Braised Osso Bucco, each paired with premium wines for $165pp.
Pino’s Winter Specials
Cronulla favourite Pino’s is keeping things cosy with two limited-time offerings. Pasta & Basta features two seasonal pasta dishes and a glass of wine for $49pp, while the Pino’s Wine Flight includes three whites and two reds for $55pp. Both specials are available Tuesday to Thursday for dinner and Friday to Saturday for lunch.
Now Open: Chargrill Charlie’s Sylvania
The iconic Chargrill Charlie’s has officially landed in the Shire, now open at Southgate in Sylvania. Known for its flame-grilled Portuguese chickens, golden chips, fresh salads and comfort-style sides, the Sydney institution is now serving up its signature classics to locals — no road trip required.
Mid-Week Lunch Deal at Jensens
Jensens at Kareela is giving you every reason to take a long lunch, offering 25% off the total bill every Thursday and Friday until the end of August. Whether it’s a work catch-up or a sneaky solo escape, it’s a solid excuse to get out of the office.
Sign Up For The Sutherland To Surf
It’s the Shire’s answer to the City2Surf, and it’s back this month. The annual Sutherland to Surf is set for Sunday, the 20th of July, with the 11km course kicking off bright and early at 7:30am. Whether you're walking, running or cheering from the sidelines, it’s all in support of Wanda Surf Life Saving Club.
Hurricane’s $30 Ribs – For One Day Only
To celebrate 30 years of flame-grilled fame, Hurricane’s Cronulla is throwing it back with a limited-time rib special that’s too good to miss. On Tuesday the 1st of July, tuck into their signature half rack of beef or pork ribs for just $30. It’s a dine-in-only offer and available for one day only.
