Climb Fit is an Indoor Rock Climbing and Bouldering facility with over 130 top rope routes, 60 boulders, a dedicated training area and more. X-Golf uses state of the art indoor golf simulators to create a virtual reality golfing experience. Cool, huh? The Shire is home to four fab breweries all within a 10km radius. Grab a few mates and make an afternoon of it. There’s the polished atmosphere of Sunday Road in Kirrawee, surfy vibes at Hairyman Brewery, the super low-key Shark Island Brewing, also in Kirrawee and the new Slim’s Brewhouse in Engadine. CATCH AN EXHIBITION AT HAZELHURST 

If you fancy a dose of culture without having to trek it into the city, Hazelhurst has got you. Small but mighty, Hazelhurst hosts a number of renowned exhibitions from the greatly anticipated Art Express to the Archibald Prize. Swing by their website to catch what exhibition is currently in residence and be sure to stop by the cafe afterwards for a delicious meal or cocktail. Frosé anyone?

The Best Little Bookshop In Town is a family-owned biz and always our first port of call when on the hunt for a great read. Harry Hartog in Miranda and The Bookstation in Caringbah also offer up a relaxing browsing experience. Don’t forget to nab a few snacks whilst you’re out. Get home, pop the kettle on and voila! Sorted.
